Hello,
I’m renting out my furnished one-bedroom flat in Clapton for a short-term sublet while I’m travelling.
The flat is available from 21 August until the end of November and would suit someone looking for a comfortable, well-connected East London base for a few weeks or months.
It is set within a converted Victorian townhouse on a quiet residential street. The flat has high ceilings, tall sash windows, original features including a fireplace, plenty of natural light and a mix of characterful furniture and artwork.
The south-facing living room is bright and spacious, with a comfortable sofa, television and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, and the flat has a separate double bedroom positioned towards the quieter rear of the property.
I’ll remove personal possessions before the tenancy begins, and the flat will be professionally cleaned. It is a lived-in home rather than a serviced apartment, so there are a few minor signs of normal wear.
The area:
The flat is a short walk from Clapton High Street, with a good selection of independent cafés, pubs, restaurants and local shops nearby.
Hackney Downs, Hackney Marshes and the River Lea are all within easy reach, offering plenty of green space for walking, running and cycling.
Transport:
There are three nearby Overground and train stations, providing several routes into central and east London. Liverpool Street can be reached in around 25 minutes, depending on connections, and there are also frequent local bus services.
I’m looking for a tidy, respectful tenant who will treat the flat as their own during the stay. Please get in touch with a little information about yourself, your preferred move-in date and how long you are looking to stay.
