We are renting our recently renovated 120sqm flat with direct access to the garden to someone in need of a transit flat. This is our home and comes fully furnished. No access to our bedroom.

We are looking for: A couple or one person who is clean, respectful, and is keen to look after the place as if it was their own. You are quiet and respectful of neighbours' space, and have no pets. We won't allow parties.

We'll draft a short-let contract, advance pay and deposit required.
