NEWLY RENOVATED

Hi,

I am looking to rent my 1 bed flat. Fully furnished and price includes bills. I can be relatively flexible with dates. However I would ideally looking for someone to rent from January 1st onwards for around a month, or two.

Really great location, 18 min walk to the center of East Dulwich, or 15 min walk for Forest hill overground (17 mins to London Bridge, 23 mins to Shoreditch high street via overground line) station with numerous transport links into the city. Lots of buses go from right-out side the flat that take you to Peckham (10mins), Elephant and Castle, Victoria etc.

Looking preferably for a professional/ couple, who are clean and respectful as this is normally my home.

Please note rent would need to be paid upfront each month and a deposit of £800 would be put into a deposit protection scheme.

Please get in touch if you are interested. Normally listed on airbnb, but looking for a long term booking over Jan/Feb.

Looking to set up viewings asap.

Thanks,

Charlotte
