I’m heading to Brazil to work and visit family, and I’m looking for someone to sublet my home while I’m away. The flat is free only from 15 December 2026, and my flight back is on March 2nd - but the latter might change.

The flat is bright, warm and spacious, with approximately 65 sq. metres of living space and direct access to, and views of, a large shared garden.

Excluding heating. Location: between three large parks, with shops and public transport nearby. Around 45 minutes to London Bridge via the Windrush and Jubilee lines, or by train.

Looking for someone happy to keep my plants watered while I’m away.

Proof of income, proof of ID and references required. No pets, sorry. Couples welcome.
