Unique & cosy 2 bed, 2 bath maisonette apartment. Set over 2 floors with a cosy sitting room and spacious, secluded roof terrace / sun trap (which feels more like a garden) - the perfect place to catch the sun and for outdoor eating.

I am ideally looking for short-term lets between 3-6 months with the possibility of extending if needed.

The first bedroom is a double bedroom with a double bed, built in wardrobes and under bed draws (yellow room). The bedroom has lots of natural light and is very crisp and clean. The bathroom (loo, shower, sink etc) is located just across the hall (green bathroom). There is a subtle pull out desk in this room which is super handy.


The second bedroom is on the top floor of the flat (cream bedroom). There is a spiral staircase leading up into a small hall with a private bathroom (loo, bath/shower, sink etc - pink bathroom) and double bedroom with European king sized bed (so v big). The bedroom has lots of natural light and feels very clean and fresh. There is a desk in the hallway outside the bedroom and I think this layout works best. Lots of eves storage too!

I am flexible for either short-term or longer term lets. However, would like to meet the person first before moving in and would encourage viewings as well to get a feel for the place.

A stones throw from both Battersea Park & Clapham Junction station, with Chelsea just over the bridge, this is a great location for all your needs.
