We’re both moving out of the flat and looking for somebody or a couple to move in for the rest of our lease until end of November.

The flat is lovely with high ceilings, large living space, basement and a garden.

Less than a 5 minute walk to Clapham highstreet overground station, with both Clapham North and Common stations within a 10 minute walk. You’re also less than 5 minutes away from the highstreet but far enough to not hear any noise from it.

The property comes with the sofa, as well as a double mattress and a glass table that are currently being stored in the basement. The kitchen island is ours, but we’d be happy to negotiate a price if you’d like to take it.

The rent is £1890 a month + council tax and bills.

We’re looking to move out at the end of May, so ideally would be great for somebody to move in for June.
