Great transport links in the area. Nine Elms tube station (Northern Line) 2 minute walk, Vauxhall and Stockwell stations 10 minute walk.

Large Sainsbury’s 2 minute walk from the house and Lidl is available in Stockwell.

Lease ends May 2027, however there is a break clause that comes into effect May 2026 in which you can give your 2 months notice period
