Everything is very good quality, and the building is very well insulated. The annex has mains water, electricity, and very fast hot water.

Being based in Bosham, there are many nice places nearby (e. g harbour, sailing club, pubs and restaurants). There are also many transport links such as a direct train line to London Victoria.

The house on this property is due to be refurbished, and so I am currently living at another address. Both the house and annex are currently empty. Access to the annex is via a path down the side of the house into the back garden.
