The annex would be suitable for a quiet single professional person, who would like their own space in preference to being in a shared house. The annex is for single occupancy only. All bills are included.
For references I need copies of 3 months bank statements, proof of earning , a copy of your passport/driving licence and a contactable refee( preferably your employer).
