Hi there,
I’m renting out my liveaboard boat from July to September while I’m away for the summer. This is a temporary 2-month let only, as I’ll be returning and moving back onto the boat afterwards.
I’m looking for either one person or a couple to rent the boat during this time.
The boat is a comfortable two-bedroom home in a peaceful gated marina with key fob access. One of the rooms will remain locked as I’ll be storing some personal belongings there, which is reflected in the reduced rent.
The boat includes:
• One double bedroom
• Spacious living area with sofa, dining table, large TV, and marina views
• Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and air fryer
• Bathroom with shower and toilet, plus access to marina shower/toilet facilities
• Outdoor seating area
• WiFi included
• Furnished throughout
The location is very convenient:
• Short walk to Surrey Quays and Canada Water
• Close to buses and Thames Clippers/Uber Boat
• Near Tesco and a lovely Italian deli
• Access to communal washers and dryers nearby
Pets are welcome, and smokers are welcome too, though no smoking inside the bedrooms please.
Rent includes:
• Mooring fees
• Water
• Internet
• Council tax
Electricity and gas are separate and depend on usage.
A deposit is required, with £150 retained at the end towards bills.
This would suit someone looking for a peaceful summer stay in London and who likes the idea of experiencing life on the water for a short period. As this is a liveaboard boat, it does require a small amount of upkeep, mainly topping up the water tank roughly every two weeks.
If interested, send me a little about yourself, who would be staying, and your preferred move-in dates.
