Unfortunately I have to move home, and finding someone to takeover my tenancy for my 1 bed apartment on Llanbleddian Gardens.
Lovely flat, really spacious and light- so sad to have to leave it. Rent is £990 per month excluding bills. Please message me if you are interested- rent is now paid up until the 1st October, so willing to make arrangements depending on when someone can take it over.
When tenancy is taken over it is required by the letting agency that a deposit equal to a month of rent is sent directly to them and then the first payment of rent is due on the move in date of the new tenant.
I hope someone will love it as much as I have!!
