The flat is in a fantastic location; it's close to Camden Road, with a direct view over the canal. The building is across the street from the Mildmay Overgound station, and only a five minute walk to the Northern line Underground station. There are also many bus stations within a five minute walk.

The flat is a ground-floor flat with a practical and well-separated layout. The kitchen is separate from the main living room, and the bathroom is also fully within the flat and accessed from the hallway, giving the home a good sense of separation between the different spaces. The bathroom has a full-size bathtub.

The flat will be unfurnished, which would ideally suit someone looking for an unfurnished home. However, I’m happy to discuss leaving or selling any furniture to the new tenant if needed.
