It has its own private front door and is on a quiet residential street overlooking the lovely open space of Hilly Fields Park. There are no parking restrictions on our avenue or on nearby roads.

Hilly Fields Park has lovely views across London and Kent. You can see Canary Wharf, The 02 and even the Emirates Cable Car. Parkrun operates on a Saturday morning and there are a variety of outdoor keep fit and exercise classes running throughout the week. The park has a cafe, tennis courts, a basketball court, play area, nature reserve and cricket and football pitches. It is part of the Green Chain walking route.

The station is served by London Buses routes 171, 172, 484, and the night route N171.

Crofton Park station, Ladywell and St John’s (Lewisham) are also about a 15 minute walk away.
