Furnished 2 bedroom flat available for 2 month short-term sub-let (January 18th - March 17th 2023) whilst we're away for a couple of months for work. Would suit a working professional individual or couple.

The flat is in a purpose build development built 5 years ago and has two double bedrooms, open plan living space and one bathroom. One bedroom includes a kind sized bed, and the second is set up as a home office with a sofa bed. There isn’t any allocated parking, but street parking is available a short walk away. Secure bike storage is available in the development.

The flat is on the first floor (please note there isn’t a lift) and is located a short walk from Southville’s vibrant North Street including the Tobacco Factory. There is a handy co-op beneath the development, and an Aldi a short walk away. The flat is a short walk from Bristol’s harbour and half an hours' walk from Temple Meads station.

Due to the current uncertain cost of energy, bills are payable separately to the rent, and bills average approx £300 per month. We are currently on a fixed tariff (better smart) with Ovo until 11th Feb 2023.

Deposit is one months’ rent and references will be requested. Sorry strictly no smokers and no pets allowed.
