The Annex is a self-contained, open plan, mini home located at the end of our garden in a quiet residential area of Bristol. It offers a private and comfortable space ideal for someone looking for a short let of up to a year.
Situated just 3 miles from Bristol city centre, the property is well connected by local transport links, making it easy to get around the city and surrounding areas.
Free on-street parking is available on the street, and you can usually find a space without difficulty.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable double divan bed with under-bed storage, a wardrobe, desk and chair, TV, washer/drier and a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower. Outside, you'll have access to your own private garden area to enjoy.

Access:
Access to The Annex is via a garden gate located down the lane beside our house. We've affectionately named it "Rainbow Lane" due to the brightly painted fence panels that add a splash of colour and character.

Things to Note:

• Access after dark: Rainbow Lane is illuminated at night with solar lighting, lighting may be dimmer during the winter months, so please bear this in mind when returning at night. The entrance to The Annex is approximately 15 metres down the lane. For your convenience, there is a motion-sensor light at the gate and additional lighting outside the property.

• Lane location: As both the main house and The Annex are situated alongside a lane which leads on to a playing field, you may occasionally hear people passing by and the odd dog bark or kids playing. The area is generally very quiet, though you may occasionally hear some noise from time to time. As you would in most streets.

• Timber construction: The Annex is a timber-built structure with a rubber roof. During rainfall, you will hear the sound of rain on the roof. Many people find this cosy and relaxing, but light sleepers may wish to take this into consideration.

• TV: There is a TV but channels are only accessible by the installed fire stick. You will need to have an account for the individual apps such as bbc player, Netflix, more4 etc, to be able to access programs.
• Kitchen facilities: The kitchenette does not include a conventional oven or hob. However, it is equipped with a microwave, air fryer, portable stove, kettle, toaster and vegetable steamer, providing everything you need to prepare simple meals during your stay.

Water/council tax/internet included but electricity and gas for the heating isn’t. During winter this is normally £80 per month
