We are looking for a professional couple or individual who are respectful and tidy to rent our lovely little house in St George. It’s on a busy road but free on street parking is available a 2 min walk away.

The house has 2 bedrooms (a double and a small single) but we are only looking for 2 people maximum to live in the house.

It is fully furnished including white goods. There is a small outside space on the ground floor.

Bills will remain in our name but will be covered by the new tenants. Depending on usage they are around £300 per month on average.

We are looking for the new tenants who are wanting a long term rental in Bristol as we are living in Australia and have committed to at least 2 years away.

It’s a great house, very close to St George’s Park, ALDI, and all the great food and drink on Church Road.
