Less than 20 minutes’ drive from Bristol International Airport, the stand-alone annexe has one good size double bedroom, a good size modern fitted kitchen/diner, a newly refurbished stylish bathroom with large power shower and a large living room with double french doors looking out onto a little terrace. Private off road parking included.

The Annexe stands within the peaceful grounds of our family home which we share with our enthusiastic super friendly German Shepherd dog.

The Annexe is entirely separate from the house with its own entrance and parking space. Currently unfurnished, but with all white goods including washing machine, fridge and freezer.

Suitable for a single person or couple (professionals only please) who is/are friendly and respectful of our peaceful space. Dog lovers only please!

Please note we have redecorated the bedroom and living room again since these photos.

The Annexe at Appleton House lies 7 miles east of Weston-super-Mare on the north Somerset coast, and is a similar distance from Cheddar Gorge. Wells Cathedral and Wookey Hole Caves are within a 30-minute drive. An excellent pub, The Railway Inn, lots of lovely country walks including the strawberry line and a convenience store are within walking distance.

Strictly non-smoking and sorry no pets. Two references and credit checks will be sought.
