The main living space is an open plan kitchen / dining area with galley-style dining table/work space with comfy sofa seating and large double french window doors leading to a light, airy and afternoon sunlit outside patio space with stairs access to the community garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and wifi is included. The bathroom has a bath and built-in shower. There is a shared washing machine and tumble dryer in the hallway just outside the front door.

The Courtyard comprises the only homes in Bristol that are A-rated for Energy Efficiency and Environmental Impact, with PV, solar hot water, and a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system.

There's free parking nearby in St Werburghs and 10 resident's parking day permits available as needed.
