5 mins walk to Meeting Place beach/cafe and 15 mins to BN station; in central brighton/hove - with partial sea-views from every room and writing desk and balcony.

Right by great cafes & bars. Broadband WIFI and desk, mini cinema projector with adaptors to go into HDMI laptops, iphones and ipads.

All the facilities in the flat, kitchen, washing machine, full crockery and cooking utensils are yours to use.

New smart radiators and new double glazed doors and windows so it’s super cosy.

*NB* - there are shelves and clothing rail and drawers but not loads of storage space, so would suit someone transitioning between houses or travelling. This is reflected in the price but v happy to discuss

Weekly rent includes all bills but I do ask for a cleaning fee after your stay (£50-75 depending on the time it takes my cleaner!) and £15 if you'd like to rent linen too. It will all be professionally cleaned when you check-in, too.
