My sister and I are moving out due to myself relocating for work. We have a three year contract with Dexters so two new tenants will need to take over this (c. 2.5 years left).

The flat is less than a 5 minute walk from Bethnal Green Tube Station (Stepney Green is also approximately a 10 minute walk away). There is also a Co-Op 2 minutes from the flat.
