Hi,

I am subletting my lovely flat from the 1st May (or a few days earlier) for 1-3 months. This property would suit a professional couple or single person - not available for families.

The flat is located between Bethnal Green and Mile End stations with excellent transport links, right off Roman road, 3 min walk from Victoria Park. Plus you're 1 stop from Liverpool Street, a short walk from Broadway Market, 20min bike ride from London Bridge etc. It's a great location!

The flat is on the 5th floor, furnished beautifully throughout. It has a comfortable living room with 2 sofas and a dining table for up to 6 people when extended. The kitchen has a washer/dryer, small fridge, blender, toaster, kettle, microwave, and all the utensils you would need for your stay, as well as spices and condiments, cleaning products etc which you can use. There is a modern, clean bathroom with a bathtub and the bedroom is comfortable with a lot of storage area. I’ve got the fastest wifi available with 100mbps upload and download speed.

There is a concierge on site to receive your parcels, as well as a garage to store your bike if needed.

I am looking for someone clean and respectful of my home and will take care of my belongings as their own. Small dogs will be considered, and I would also kindly ask you to water my plants whilst you’re here.

*Important Note: You would normally have a beautiful balcony with amazing views over the canal, however, the building is currently being refurbished, and no balcony access is allowed as there is scaffolding. Curtains are in place for your privacy, and there will be days where there is drilling or works = noise. Please be aware - you can see how the scaffolding is in the second image.

The rent is £1760, plus £340 for bills (council tax, water, electricity, internet - TV licence not included). Total £2100

A full month's deposit (inc. bills) will be required and will be refunded once the flat is inspected when you move out.

Some checks will also be required, such as proof of ID. You must be legally eligible to live and rent in the UK.

Not to be boring, but parties, smoking and BBQ are not allowed in the flat / or building. Our neighbours are all very quiet and respectful and we have never had any complaints, therefore we would love to keep it this way.
