I'm looking for someone sublet my flat whilst i'm away! Rent is £1150 including bills, with a deposit of £500 (We'll draw up a contract for more security on this).

The flat is all on the ground floor, and has a big living room and bathroom with a bathtub. The star of the show is a big roof terrace (with lift access) with views to Waterloo, Canary Wharf and the Shard!

I've been living here for 2.5 years and honestly it's been great, I'm excited for someone else to experience it whilst I'm away 🙂

Location: South Bermondsey, SE16 - well connected to London Bridge, Peckham, Surrey Quays and Canada Water

Accessibility: The flat is all on the ground floor, but has a step into the building. Lift access to the roof

Important notes:
- There is no WIFI in the flat, but this can be solved using a £20 giffgaff unlimited 5G internet simcard.

- The landlord is currently selling the flat, so you will need to allow viewings when requested. (That's the deal for having lower rent!)
