My stunning one-bedroom London apartment with breathtaking riverside views complete with roof terrace and communal garden is available for a minimum 6, maximum 8-week sub-let between 3 June 2026 and 2 August 2026 while I am away for work.
All bills, utilities and council tax are included.
You will be renting the lower level of a two-storey split level, fifth-floor apartment.
The self-contained upper level is occupied by a wonderful lodger Monday-Thursdays but he has his own entrance, bathroom and kitchen and lounge area so the lower level is exclusively yours to use.
It is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. You will have exclusive access to the entire lower level including double master bedroom, main bathroom and open plan main kitchen and lounge area - with the bedroom and lounge having stunning views directly onto the River Thames.
You will also have access to the building's roof terrace and communal garden.
There are regular bus routes that run right outside the apartment into central London as well as nearby Bermondsey and Canada Water Jubilee Line Tube stations and Rotherhithe Overground station. There also several e-bike hire stops right outside which make access to central London and nearby stations even easier.
Rotherhithe ferry stop is a two-minute walk from the apartment where you can take Uber boats to Canary Wharf and into central London via the River Thames from there.
There is a concierge six days a week and a very secure entrance to both the main building and the apartment.
The area is quiet with some of London's best and most famous pubs within walking distance including the Mayflower and the Blacksmith's Arms.
