I am looking for someone to replace me in this beautiful and cozy Studio with lots of natural light in the heart of Battersea, which is my home of 7 years. Located on Battersea High Street, a short walk away from Clapham Junction with fantastic rail connections, Battersea Square and the river and Battersea Park. Amazing bus routes on the doorstep (South Kensington, Sloane Square, Liverpool Street, Vauxhall, Clapham Common, etc and down towards more south too).
The studio is in a building of only 2 other studios, with a communal roof terrace.
Less than 5 minute walking distance away you will find various local amenities including restaurants, bars/pubs, coffee shops, barber shops, big brand supermarkets, off-licenses, bakeries, breakfast/brunch spots, post office, parcel shop collection and drop-off points and a gym.
The landlord is the best in the world. Barely had any issues in 7 years, but was always super fast and fixed everything in a couple of days. (Brand new fridge, washing machine, etc). You will be in direct contract and communication with him and there will be no agencies involved, which is fantastic. The contract will be for 1 year with a break clause at 6 months if requested.
The cheapest council tax in London (Wandsworth Band B), with single occupancy discount available.
I honestly can not speak highly enough of this place and I would never be leaving if my work wasn’t relocating me. Lots of built in storage. Fridge/freezer, electric hobs and conventional oven and microwave.
This part of Battersea High Street is pedestrianised (quiet!) but plenty off street parking available 90 feet away and on Simpson Street. You can apply for residents permit which will also allow you to drive down the pedestrian zone. The bottom of the street is also home to the popular “Battersea High Street Market” every Saturday with greengrocers and other various shop/food stalls.
Viewing times are flexible and will be with me, the current tenant so I can show and explain everything :). Can do early mornings, late nights and during the day.
The studio will be available to move in from around the middle of July, (flexible within July/August). This is because the landlord will fully redecorate and freshen up the place after I leave in June.
Bills are on top and approximately £150 per month and will be under your name.

There is no gas in the flat and I don’t currently have TV/broadband subscription either, so can’t quote you that. If I need WiFi I make a hotspot on my phone which has unlimited 5G. Hope this helps :)
