It is located in Balham. 12 min walk to Balham station and 15 minutes to Clapham South which is zone 2. There is also good bus access to Balham, Clapham south and Brixton. The bus stop to Balham is less than a minutes walk which is good if it is raining!

It was a wonderful home for my sister and I for 7 years and we hope to find some friends or a family who want to enjoy the cosy space and make it their home for a while.
