Looking for someone to take over our tenancy til end of the year (with potential to renew for longer) in Balham, right on Tooting Common.

We will be taking the bigger tv currently in lounge and the smaller one in bedroom will go back out there, otherwise everything else will stay. Private garden area out the back and BBQ to use. Nice quiet spot on a safe street!
