I will be away from early January to end of march / early April so I am looking for a nice, clean and reliable person to stay in my beautiful and sunny flat right in newington green!
It is a one bedroom flat with a modern bathroom and kitchen, living room and bedroom.
Very nice and bright with plenty of sunlight and wooden floors, carpet in the bedroom. All amenities, like washing maschine, toaster, oven, French press, kettle etc. included.
7 minute walk to Canonbury station and 10 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland/Dalston Junction. Super cute and independent coffee shops, bakeries, wine bars, supermarkets, pharamacies all close by.
All bills included in the rent.
