NB. I am renting my home out a *whole house*. Not as individual rooms. So it would suit a family or 3/4 sharers.

It is Available from August 17th, 2024...

It is NOT available from 18 December - 3 January.

It is then available from 2 January onwards.

All bills included hence the higher price. (This price includes gas/electricity up to 100 total per month - if the bill goes higher higher I'd charge tenants the extra),

I'm renting out my lovely, recently refurbished 4-bedroom, 2- bathroom family house for a bit as we are away. Quiet, residential street, minutes from the hustle and bustle of Shepherd's Bush! Fully furnished and with linen and towels included. Very fast wifi. Modern kitchen.

Please read this re price and available dates:

- The price listed is for short term lets
- All bills are included
- White cotton linen and towels provided
- Weekly or fortnightly cleaning and linen exchange (this cost to be borne by the tenants)

- The house is available between 17 August 2024-17 December 2024 ie for 4 months max (shorter lets are fine if you want just a month etc)

- Then available from 3 Jan 2024 onwards.

3 bedrooms are large doubles, 1 is a tiny single bedroom with comfy single bed but no wardrobe. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. One has a bath, wc and basin, the second has a walk-in shower, wc and basin.

The main rule is that it's a no-shoes house. so we ask guests to take shoes off at the door. Carpets are new and stone flooring also.

What’s the layout?

Downstairs:
- A lovely, airy, newly decorated double bedroom with very comfy king-sized bed, underfloor heating, wardrobe, chest, desk (not shown in photos) and lamps, large bay window...

- Across the hall is a newly refurbished private bathroom with walk-in shower, loo, basin.

- Lovely open-plan kitchen, living area with concertina doors opening onto the large, private patio garden, which also has a large table and chairs for eating al fresco, and lovely flowers and plants.

This is a Victorian, family house, in a row of similar terraced houses on a very quiet street. Amazing given how close it is to all the Westfield, White City, TVC action!

It's a 3-minute walk to both Shepherd's bush tube (central line and also Wood Lane, the H&C line). It's also right by Westfield.

Upstairs:

- 2 double bedrooms. One has a super king.. the second with very comfy king bed. both have good wardrobes and chest of drawers.

- 1 very small single bedroom .
