Studio/one bed flat available in North London from approx Monday April 21st for 7 weeks or so. I'm flexible with the dates give or take a few days :)

The flat is quiet, cozy and bright/sunny. It's in a great location with lots of access to public transport - a 5-min walk to Harringay Green Lanes overground, a 15-min walk to Manor House station (piccadilly line) and Seven Sisters (victoria line) stations and a 15-minute walk from Harringey national rail. It's also a great area for cafes, restaurants, pubs and music venues. It's within a 5 or 10 minute walk to Aldi, Sainsburys, TK Maxx and Superdrug too.

Although it's technically a studio flat, the kitchen is completely separate and the bedroom has 3.5 separate walls and I use a room divider to close it off. The flat comes with a parking space if needed. The EPC rating is C and I never find it too hot or too cold but I have heaters and a fan when needed.

The price is lower than usual, including all bills - this is because it's a sublet and my belongings will be there. I can clear as much space as you need. I will be looking to rent this out longer term from mid July so if the sublet goes well and you need a place for longer we could work something out! Please do message if you have any questions :)
