All bills are included in the rent (£2,000/month), covering electricity, water, heating, and council tax.

A refundable deposit of £500 is required upfront, fully returned at the end of the stay, provided the flat is left in good condition.

Ideal for a single person or a quiet couple looking for a short-term stay in a central and charming part of London.
