I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for my studio apartment in St. John's Wood. You could either stay until August 2020 which is when the break clause comes into effect (6 months) or until August 2021.

It's a decent size, comes furnished, and decent size bathroom with a shower. The building is safe and has a porter 24/7. Located right off of Abbey Road, right down the road from Abbey Road Studios. St. John's Wood high street is close by with tons of shops, and Regents park is about a 20 minute walk.

Close tube stations are St. John's Wood (Jubilee line) and Maida Vale (Bakerloo Line) both are around 5-10 minute walk.

Rent is 1300/per month, deposit is 1500.
