I have a spacious, bright single room to let in the beautiful leafy area of Worcester Park.

The room consists of a table and desk, bedside table, wardrobe and a single bed. This room will be available from the 1st of February 2020. The bathroom and kitchen areas are to be shared with myself, the Landlady.

You would benefit from being ten minutes away from Stoneleigh station, which gives you a direct route into Waterloo and you would also be 20 minutes away from Worcester Park station. You would also benefit from being above a parade of shops, which includes a convenience store. There is also off street parking if you own a car.

All bills are included in the rent: water, gas, electric, council tax, t. v. licence and broadband. Therefore, you will be expected to pay one months rent in advance and a one month deposit. A decision on suitability will be made, once satisfactory references have been received.

PLEASE NOTE:
Tenants are expected to adhere to House Rules and will sign an Agreement upon taking occupancy. The room would suit a professional female, as there already two females living in the property. I am looking for a clean, quiet and friendly female.
