I am the outgoing tenant not the landlord. This is a great flat, wish I could stay. Its on a quiet street and much bigger than normal one-bed places. It would be ideal for a couple. The photos don't do it justice!

Wimbledon mainline/tube --> 9-11 min
Tesco express --> 2 min
Gym --> 4 min
Bus stop --> 2 min
Wimbledon town has loads of good cafes, restaurants, a cinema, a theatre. And in the village you've got more pubs, higher end clothes shops and Wimbledon Common.
The flat is part-furnished but I'm happy to sell on the two sofas, mini freezer, AV unit, garden table and chairs. We can discuss. You will get a good price!
Also the landlord Chris lives round the corner should you need anything fixed.
And there is a minimum tenancy term of 6 months. Then you are free to re-sign or leave.

Virgin Media TV package and broadband £48.
Total of £298.
You'll pay less in the Summer for the energy bills and you could of course cancel the Virgin TV/internet in favour of a cheaper option.
--FEES--
The flat is managed by Foxtons and therefore the new tenants will need to pay them a one-off referencing and change of contract fee of £300. (We paid £420 for the contract set-up originally; a change of name on the contract is £300.)
