The Bathroom is shared with my lovely neighbour (she is very clean). All the neighbours are very nice and we all chat sometimes and some of ya catch up for coffee / beer.

Electricity very low (I spent around £5 a month in the summer and maybe £20 max in winter).
The flat comes without the TV, shelves, table and bed. But the big wardrobe will stay.
