Available starting from 21 March for Short Let periods of 1, month or maximum 2, on a flexible basis. We will agree together a mutually convenient period. Minimum 2 weeks is possible too.

There is a master bedroom that includes: a super king size bed, two wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, a drawer at the base of the divan bed, two shelves on the wall, a little side table.

There is also a second bedroom area which is one half of a larger room which includes the kitchen corner area on the other side; there is a visual divider in the middle of the room which separates the 2 parts only visually so you will have visual privacy in the bedroom area but not audio privacy. This second bedroom area has: a small-double UK size bed, a large wardrobe with sliding doors and plenty of hanging space and shelves inside, another shelving unit with doors on the top part and book shelves on the bottom part, a small side table.

A kitchen table that sits maximum 3 people is available in the kitchen area.

There is also a separate small living room, with a two-seater sofa and two storage cupboards (there is no TV).

The flat is on the third/top floor of a nice Victorian house located in a quiet street 8 minutes walk from West Brompton, 11 minutes walk from West Kensington or 15 mins from Fulham Broadway station.

This set-up gives you 3 rare benefits for central London: it's clean, it's quiet and very well located.

This particular layout is perfect for:
- either a single occupant who would like to have a spare bedroom to have 1 occasional guest over in the other room
- OR a couple who would like to have a spare bed where 1 of them could sleep by themselves, whenever they want

The space is NOT suitable for: more than 2 occupants in total, children, pets, people who want to host house parties with external visitors in the flat, or people who need a place for longer than 2 months (this is only a short let).

Please note the 'Right to Rent' check is now a requirement in the UK, and note that even if you are two people, the landlord would agree the contract with one person to simplify things.
