The boat is on a great mooring which has a very friendly community (we all know each other) about a 10 min walk from Northolt underground station. A bus the E10 runs to the station and to Ealing (through Greenford), on a regular basis.

My boat, built in the 1980's has:

One bedroom (double bed), generous built in closet space,

kitchen, (gas oven/hob and gas boiler),

bathroom with shower/bath and new toilet (Elsan).

The seperate living/dining area could sleep an additional two people, which leads onto a small covered deck area.

Heating is from a diesel burner (easy and controllable), or electric heaters,.

The permanent mooring includes:

Electricity and landline/broadband connections.

Free water tap

Use of a section of canal bank where you can put a table / chairs / have BBQ's in Summer.

Car parking space in gated car park.

There are about 40+ boats on the mooring, there is a shower block with two toilets, two showers and washing machine/dryer (token based system). Also a small chandlery shop open three days a week, (supplies gas/diesel/coal etc).

Rent £900 per month excluding bills, paid in advance and one month's deposit.

Fully legal residential mooring.
