I'm letting out my 3 bed furnished house while I'm away over winter with work.

I'd prefer a single person or a couple, as there's only 1 bed at present, but would set up a second bedroom for the right applicants.

The house is 1000sq feet. On the first floor, is a separate, brand new kitchen with quartz worktop, Zanussi pyrolitic oven and induction hob, air fryer, washer, fridge and dishwasher. Also on first floor is the bathroom, a small double bedroom and a newly decorated living room adjacent.

Upstairs is a large double bedroom (or WFH space) with a second reception/living space adjacent.

Floors have been refurbished and in general it's a great, spacious flat. Heating is programmable and automatic.

Rent includes broadband and Sky package. Tenant responsible for electricity, gas, council tax for the tenanted period.

Looking for a single professional or couple who need space in London on border of Zone 2/3 between October and February.
