Lovely fully furnished 2 bedroom flat to rent in Battersea Sq in a great location close to amenities.

Bedroom 1 is on the top floor and has doors to a Juliette balcony. A small study/reading nook also on the top floor and access to the patio.

The kitchen/living area are connected. The kitchen functions really well and has a little breakfast table, the living area is lovely and comfortable and has a bigger dining table that can be used for dinner parties.

The bathroom (with shower and bath) and the second bedroom are at the back of the house. The second bedroom is light and sunny with double wardrobes and a built in desk.

The house heats very efficiently and the lightbulbs have all been converted to LED’s which keeps the power bill down.

A storage locker for bikes opposite the house can be organised so they are secure are not clogging up the entrance.

I am currently in New Zealand however returning at the beginning of September and the flat will be available from the second weekend in September. Viewings can be organised in my absence.
