We think £1350 for this location and quality of flat is a bargain, this is our current rent and lower than market IMO. We are moving into a bought property so need to leave and are looking for tenants to take over from us.
Yours would be a fresh tenancy via Foxton's, a managed tenancy (so if any problems you ask them and they fix it). You would need to give references to Foxtons but we will pay half your reference fees as we are breaking our tenancy a few months early.
