This is a managed property that we are leaving after 4 fabulous years due to expanding family. Quiet neighbours, nice garden, lovely location equal distance (10 minutes) from Balham and Tooting Bec on the Northern Line and Balham station which is 12 minute to Victoria station overground.

The attractions of Balham need no explaining. Wine bars, restaurants, parks with Tooting and Wandsworth both short walks, mainline and Northern line all make central London very easy. Waitrose is here as well as Aldi and Lidl!

Our victorian flat is tasteful and large with a kitchen/diner/lounge/double bedroom/garden and conservatory, any single professional or couple will have plenty of room.

We think £1350 for this location and quality of flat is a bargain, this is our current rent and lower than market IMO. We are moving into a bought property so need to leave and are looking for tenants to take over from us.
