There are also plenty of bus connections nearby and it is less than a 30 min cycle ride to the City.
The bars and restaurants of Peckham Rye, Camberwell and East Dulwich are only a short walk away, Bellenden Road being only 5 minutes’ down the road. Peckham Rye has a Lidl, Asda, Primark, and pound shops galore, and on the other side, the posh boutiques, good quality butcher's, fishmonger’s, and great pubs and restaurants of East Dulwich are also only a short walk away. There is also a massive Sainsbury’s just over the hill.
It is a spacious, 2 x double-bedroom carpeted flat, with a large L-shaped living/dining room, and has a brand new kitchen containing everything you need (4 hobs, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine). There is one shared bathroom (also recently redecorated). There is also a ‘corner office’ desk in the living room.
The bedrooms are furnished as follows:

The flat is situated in a quiet close with communal gardens and comes with one free parking space allocated to the property.
The total rent includes the maintenance service charge for the close but not any other bills, so all additional bills (council tax, utilities, broadband, and TV license) would be payable by the tenants.
The deposit is one month’s rent (£1500) which will be secured in a deposit protection scheme, and rent is to be paid monthly in advance.
There are no agency fees.
