Hi All,
I'm advertising a silver studio room which I have booked with Homes for Students for the next academic year. The room includes private kitchen equipment (sink, cooker, fridge, hob) and an ensuite bathroom. I am advertising the studio because I have been offered college accommodation which I would like to take up instead, therefore I need to find a replacement tenant to take up the contract. The price is £260 a week including bills. If you are interested, could you please contact me directly, such that I can get in touch with Homes for Students and be released from my contract. They will then contact you to set up the new contract for you. This is for students only and therefore there is no council tax. You can find more information on the Homes for Students website.
