Bijou one bedroomed annexe to let - situated in the countryside - small village with a pub in walking distance! Well situated the M40. No public transport though so you will need a car to live here. Very quiet.

Accomodation comprises a small living area, galley kitchen area, bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite shower room.

Would prefer to let to a single person, but couples could be considered for an extra £50 pcm, although there is only parking for one vehicle.

All bills included except council tax if you are liable (price on application). There are two cats who are part of the family who may nosey round, so if you don't like cats then please don't apply!
