I have to sadly leave my studio as I am leaving England.

I am hence looking for someone to replace me in this double studio in Brent Cross. It is 5 minutes walk to Brent Cross Station, a few minutes walk to Hendon Park and not very far from Hendon Station either. Tesco ( open 24 hours) is around 10 minutes away, and the Shopping Center is around 15 minutes walk maximum. The area is very calm and clean.

The studio itself includes a kitchen area with fridge, microwave, hotplate..., sleeping area and a mini saloon with TV, storage area, bathroom... Please refer to the photos.

The studio is available form the 09th February. There is a deposit of 1246.15 pounds, rent is 900 pounds a month, in addition to around 25 pounds for electricity and less than 100 pounds for council tax. The rent contract is with the landlord and is of a minimum of 6 months.
