I've been living here for couple of years and there was never any problem with the flat. All the appliances are new and working well. Neighbours are quiet and respectful to each other. The best part is the area. It is one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in London (quiet and safe). The tube and bus services are just one minute away from the flat. I would totally recommend the flat, the Landlord and of course the area to anyone interested.
