We are looking for a clean, reliable person (or potentially a couple, at slightly higher rent) who keeps the flat in good condition while we are away early Oct until early Jan.

The rent is 1400 + bills (which are around 250). We are somewhat flexible with dates and price, depending on your circumstances, so get in touch :)

The flat:
* Located in Crouch End/ Highgate, 10 mins walk to Crouch End Broadway.
* Minutes from Parkland Walk and Queen's Wood
* Modern new built, wooden floor
* Big living room / open-plan kitchen (fully equipped)
* Living room has floor to ceiling south facing windows, overlooking a green space + lovely balcony behind the windows.
* 4th floor (no lift)

Please note:
* We currently do not have a bed frame; but there is a high quality mattress on the bedroom floor.
* We also do not have WiFi. We use our phones at the moment.

Please tell us a little about yourself, what you do in London, why you’re interested in a sublet, and what dates work well for you.

Looking forward to meeting you :)
