With riverside views from the living room, bedrooms and balcony, the apartment is on the first and second floor of a privately owned tower block (renovated ex-council building, featured in the BBC documentary series, The Tower), it also offers great walks along the river including to Rotherhithe or Greenwich or around Southwark Park, Surrey Docks Farm or the local Ecological Park.

The building has an electronic/fob-entry system to control access to the outside gate and the 2 sets of locked internal doors, which are staffed 24/7 by a concierge during the day and a security guard through the night. It also offers modern lifts, bicycle storage and a gated vehicle unloading area. Free roadside parking directly outside the building and in surrounding area.

The apartment comes with fibre-optic broadband internet cabling all the way to the residence, offering hyper-fast download speeds in excess of 1Gbps. It has a modern kitchen and appliances including large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, a very responsive electric boiler, with great water pressure in the kitchen and bath/shower. It also has newly laid carpets, wooden flooring and other furnishings throughout.

We are moving away due to family reasons, but have enjoyed our time here and would otherwise love to stay and hope this makes somebody else a happy home.
