The transport links are fantastic. Finchley Road (Jubilee, Metropolitan lines) and South Hampstead (overground) are all <5 minutes walk. We have a big Waitrose only 3mins away, a huge Sainsbury's only 7mins away, and practically every other shop you need in close proximity.

Two of London's best parks are also close, with Primrose Hill a 20min walk and Hampstead Heath 25mins. You can walk to Oxford St in around 45mins or via the tube it is 15-20mins. We have three good gyms within 10mins, as well as nice cafes and a fun wine bar.

You can take the entire flat for £2,500 per month, or we can split it as two rooms at £1,250pm each. Bills depend on usage, but around £250-300pm in total, plus you'll also have a guest room and study space in the loft, offering a private workspace with fast wifi (300 mbps).
