My mate and I are moving out of our amazing flat at the end of October and we are helping the landlord out to fill the flat.

🏡 Our place is pretty sweet and we have lived here for a few years - it's a 2-bed, 1-bath setup with a open-plan kitchen/living area. Plus, we've got a handy balcony out back that's perfect for some outdoor space and to dry your clothes.

🛏️ Both rooms are spacious double bedrooms flooded with lots of natural light. There's plenty of storage space, and both are more than big enough for a home office setup if you need one. The rooms come fully furnished each with a bed, mattress, bedside table, lamp, storage drawers, and a wardrobe. All of these were brand new when we moved in and everything is still in great condition.

🚇 Location-wise, we're super close to Balham high road for the shops/bars/restaurants and the tube station – all no more than a 5 minute walk away and we are a few minutes walk from the beginning of Tooting Common and 15 mins from Clapham Common so its is a super convenient location.

💰 The flat rent is £2175 per month and this can be split per room if this is preferred. The landlord is also great and we have never had any problem having tradesman come out to fix minor problems etc, usually in a day max.
