Situation from Immediately-End of October:
We have a bright, large, double bedroom available in our flat sharing with just us, my gf and I. We will also be away for part of October so at times the flat m/bathroom will be yours to yourself. We (renters and us) would be sharing the newly renovated bathroom and separate toilet room for 3/4 weeks of October (see below for nov onwards where it would be your own bathroom). The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge/diner with balcony off, communal gardens and parking on site and is in a quiet location set back from the road. The flat is bright, spacious and clean throughout.

Situation November-late Dec and Jan-March: we will be away so in this time the bathroom and flat would be the renters to themselves, no sharing, own bathroom etc. large lounge with balcony off and dining table.

The flat is in Whetstone, 5 mins walk from the high street with lots of cafes restaurants shops supermarkets a gym etc etc. The area is safe with lots of green space, running routes and parks within 5mins

Transport: 5-10mins walk to Totteridge and Whetstone underground station and Oakleigh Park Mainline station for fast links to London (& Hertfordshire). 10mins bus to Arnos Grove(Piccadilly) . Loads of buses on road just outside which go all over the area.

We are open and flexible to all renting requests and durations just strictly non smoking. New tenants recently fell through last minute so open to options again. We do have a cat who will be there for October (we can keep her out the way she just sleeps and eats!) but we intend to place her with our friends November onwards when we are away unless the prospective tenants are keen to/would be happy to help feed/mind cat whilst we are away so she could stay in her current habitat then that would be warmly welcomed!
