The flat is situated in a prime High Street location opposite Tudor Williams. You are at the back part of the building so it is totally silent.

It is a 3 minute walk to New Malden Overground Station or the 213 bus stop into Kingston. The 131 stop to Wimbledon is a 4 minute walk. New Malden is known as 'Little Korea' so there are lots of Korean restaurants and shops. Waitrose is two shops on the right.

FURNISHINGS:

The flat is fully furnished with free view TV, washing machine, fridge etc. There is large cupboard for clothes in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom are all separate, the bedroom shares the living room with large storage space for clothes etc.

BILLS:

Bills and council tax are not included, their total will be around £150 in summer and depending on how much electricity is used (fully electric flat) a bit more in the winter.
